What does the subscription include?
The whole service: the GPS device, the data SIM, installation in your vehicles, the platform and support. All in a single recurring subscription.
Can I use the GPS units I already have?
Yes. If your devices are compatible, we connect them to the platform. We validate it with you during the quote.
What happens if a vehicle is stolen?
You get unauthorized-movement alerts and can send remote commands to the device: communication with the unit is two-way.
Do you run a 24/7 monitoring desk?
No, by design. Alerts reach your team directly and you define the protocol. No middlemen, no desk fees.
Where does it work?
nugeo operates in Colombia. Position reporting uses the cellular network wherever your fleet moves.
How is it billed?
As a recurring subscription, based on the size and vehicle types of your fleet. Leave us your details and we will send you a quote.
Is there an API?
Yes: a public API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents, from the first version.
When does nugeo launch?
November 1, 2026. The early access list hears first and is the first to receive a quote.
What about my data?
Personal data is handled under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (see the privacy policy). Your fleet data is yours: the platform exists so you can see it and use it.
Can I share vehicles with a third party?
Yes. You grant visibility per vehicle and per dimension (location, bounded history, geofences, technical profile, documents) and revoke it when the arrangement ends.
